Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TalePixel Hytale game server, related services, websites, and any associated content (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Third-Party Services (Tebex)

All payments, donations, and purchases made in connection with TalePixel are processed by Tebex Limited, a third-party payment and e-commerce provider.

• TalePixel does not process, store, or handle payment card or banking details.
• Purchases are subject to Tebex’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Tebex acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.

Virtual Goods

All items, ranks, permissions, or benefits offered for purchase are virtual goods.

Virtual goods:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Are non-transferable.
• Grant limited, revocable access or privileges.

TalePixel reserves the right to modify, rebalance, suspend, or remove virtual goods at any time, including after purchase.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All refund requests are handled exclusively by Tebex, in accordance with their refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

1. Immediate suspension or permanent ban.
2. Removal of purchased content.
3. Restriction of access to the Service.

User Conduct

Users must comply with all server rules, guidelines, and instructions issued by the administration. Prohibited actions include:

• Cheating & Exploiting: Hacking, bug abuse, or use of unauthorized third-party software.
• Harassment: Hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be staff or other users.
• Illegal Content: Distribution of offensive or inappropriate material.

Violations may result in disciplinary action without prior notice.

Account Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their game accounts.
• Account sharing is done at the user’s own risk.
• TalePixel is not responsible for losses caused by compromised or shared accounts.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". TalePixel does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability.
• Data persistence.
• Error-free operation.

Maintenance, resets, or shutdowns may occur at any time.

Termination

TalePixel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at its sole discretion. Termination does not entitle the user to refunds or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalePixel and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Loss of virtual items or progress.
• Downtime or service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Poland, subject to mandatory consumer protection regulations.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
