By playing on TalePixel, you agree to follow these rules. These guidelines ensure a safe, fair, and fun environment for everyone in our community.

General Conduct & Safety

• Respect Everyone: TalePixel is an inclusive community. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or orientation is strictly prohibited.
• No Toxicity: "Heated gameplay" happens, but targeted insults and bullying are not allowed.
• Safety First: We have zero tolerance for the sexualization of minors, grooming, or the promotion of self-harm. Such actions will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
• Voice & Chat Etiquette: Do not spam chat, use soundboards to disrupt voice channels, or scream into your microphone.

Fair Play (Anti-Cheat & Reporting)

• No Cheating: Use of hacks, bots, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage (e.g., fly hacks, kill-aura, or automated scripts) is strictly forbidden.
• No Exploiting: If you find a bug or a glitch, report it to a TalePixel staff member. Using exploits for personal gain is a violation of fair play.
• Duty to Report: If you witness another player cheating or using exploits, you are required to report them to the staff immediately. Protecting a cheater, hiding their identity, or benefiting from their cheats (e.g., being in a party with a known hacker to gain rank) will result in the same punishment as the cheater.
• No False Reporting: Intentionally reporting innocent players to harass them is also a violation of our fair play policy.

Content & Creations

• Usernames & Cosmetics: Your Hytale username and character appearance must not be offensive or sexually explicit. Impersonating TalePixel staff or Hypixel Studios officials is prohibited.
• Intellectual Property: Do not share pirated content or "cracked" software on our server or Discord.
• Malicious Files: Distributing any form of malware, spyware, or harmful code via TalePixel-related mods or links will result in a global ban.

Economy & Transactions

• No Real-World Trading (RWT): You may not sell TalePixel in-game items, currency, or services for real-world money outside of the official TalePixel shop.
• No Pay-to-Win: Per the Hytale EULA, TalePixel does not sell items that provide a gameplay advantage. All store purchases are cosmetic or convenience-based.
• Refund Policy: All virtual items and currency have no cash value. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by local law.

Staff & Moderation

• Staff Instructions: Please follow the directions of TalePixel moderators. If you feel a staff member is acting unfairly, please use the proper appeal channels rather than arguing in public chat.
• Final Say: TalePixel management reserves the right to remove any player from the server at any time to preserve the safety and integrity of the community.

Reporting Server Bugs

• How to Report: If you discover a bug, glitch, or exploit, please report it privately by creating a ticket in our Discord server. Do not announce it in public chat.
• Do Not Abuse: Do not use or demonstrate the bug to other players. Abusing a bug for personal gain is a punishable offense (see Rule 2).
• Bug Bounty: Critical, game-breaking bugs that are reported responsibly may be eligible for an in-game reward at the discretion of the administration.
