Categories of Personal Data

• Identifiers: In-game username / unique identifier (UUID).
• Connection Data: IP address (collected for security and abuse prevention).
• Transaction Data: Tebex transaction reference IDs.
• Communication: Content from support tickets and direct communications.

Note: TalePixel does not process, store, or see your payment card or banking details. These are handled exclusively by our payment provider.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, we process data based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b): Performance of a contract (to provide the game service to you).
• Art. 6(1)(f): Legitimate interests (maintaining server security, moderation, and preventing cheating).

• Tebex Limited: An independent controller handling our e-commerce and payments.
• Hosting Providers: Infrastructure services necessary to run the server and website.
