TalePixel Player Wellness

Last Updated: December 2025

Player safety and health are incredibly important to the TalePixel Team. We want our community to be a positive, safe, and supportive environment for everyone. However, please understand that the TalePixel Team does not have formal training to provide one-on-one medical or psychological care.

This article is a guide to help you or a friend reach out to individuals or organizations who are professionally equipped to provide assistance and care for mental well-being.

Note: If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, or facing other emotional health challenges, please use the resources below. If you find yourself concerned about another player’s safety on our server, please bring it to staff attention immediately by using the /report [Name] command or opening a support ticket.

Support

We encourage any player facing difficulties to reach out to someone who can provide support on a regular basis. People we recommend going to are:

  • Family members: Parents, siblings, or extended family.
  • Education: Teachers, counselors, or trusted staff members at your school or university.
  • Community: Religious figures or local community group members.
  • Medical Professionals: A doctor (GP), counselor, psychologist, or therapist.
  • Emergency Services: For emergency situations where you or another person is at immediate risk, please contact your local emergency services (911, 999, 112, etc.) immediately.

Important Guidelines

We know this is a difficult topic and it can cause distress for other players who may not be equipped to handle it. Therefore, to keep our community safe:

  • Avoid public discussion: Please do not discuss suicide, self-harm, or severe emotional crises in public channels (Global Chat, Discord General, or Forums).
  • Seek Professional Help: Use the resources listed above as your first point of contact.
  • Privacy: Please note that anonymity may be disclosed if you reach out to certain emergency services for your own safety.
