General Conduct & Respect

• Be Respectful: Kindness is our priority. We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, bullying, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
• Keep it Civil: Keep debates constructive. Personal attacks, slurs, or general toxicity will result in a mute or kick.
• No Violent Extremism: Do not promote, coordinate, or support violent extremism or conspiracy theories that incite violence.
• Language Organization: Please use the designated channels for your language:
  • English: 💬 #general-chat
  • Français: 💬 #général
  • Polski: 💬 #ogólny

Chat & Content Standards

• No Spamming: Avoid flooding channels with symbols, excessive emojis, or repetitive messages. Unsolicited bulk pings (@everyone / @here) are prohibited.
• PG-13 / No NSFW: All content must be family-friendly. No sexually explicit or suggestive content. Sharing non-consensual intimate media or CSAM will result in an immediate permanent ban and a report to NCMEC/Law Enforcement.
• Graphic Content: Do not post material depicting real-world violence, gore, or animal cruelty.
• Spoiler Tags: Use spoiler tags when discussing Talepixel leaks or lore to protect the experience for others.

Hytale & Creative Integrity

• No Impersonation: Do not misrepresent your identity or pretend to be a Hypixel Studios developer, a Talepixel/Remodded dev, or a well-known creator.
• Intellectual Property: Always credit the original creator. Do not share content that violates intellectual property rights, including game hacks or cheats.
• Constructive Feedback: When critiquing others' builds, use the Sandwich Method: Compliment → Critique → Encouragement.

Safety & Security

• Protect Privacy (Doxxing): Never share or threaten to share the personally identifiable information (PII) of any individual.
• No Scams or Phishing: Do not share links or content intended to scam users, steal accounts (phishing), or distribute malware.
• Misinformation: Do not share false or misleading information that could lead to physical or societal harm or obstruct civic processes.
• No Self-Promotion: Do not advertise other Discord servers, social media, or commercial services without explicit Moderator permission.

Enforcement & Evasion

• Evasion Policy: Attempting to bypass a punishment via alternative (alt) accounts is a permanent offense.
  • Mute Evasion: Permanent ban for both accounts.
  • Ban Evasion: Immediate ban of the new account and blacklisting of the user.
• Platform Manipulation: Do not use self-bots/user-bots or engage in artificial engagement (inflating member counts).
• Vigilantism: Do not attempt to "investigate" or harass users you suspect of rule-breaking. Report them to the Staff team via the proper channels.

Note: Our moderators reserve the right to take action against behavior that violates the spirit of these rules, even if not explicitly listed. If you see a violation, please report it to the staff immediately.
