If you’ve been hanging around the block-game community lately, you’ve probably heard the name Hytale. But what actually is it, and why is the Remodded Team so hyped to build a home for it at Talepixel?
With the Early Access launch set for Tuesday, January 13, 2026, it’s time to break down what makes this game a literal game-changer.
The Big Picture
At its core, Hytale is a sandbox RPG. Think of it as the ultimate evolution of the creative block-building genre. Developed by Hypixel Studios, it combines:
- Adventure Mode: A massive, procedurally generated world called Orbis, full of biomes, factions (like the Kweebecs!), and epic boss fights.
- Creative Tools: Built-in tools for cinematic making, 3D modeling (Blockbench integration), and live scripting.
- Minigames & Servers: A platform designed specifically for community servers to create their own unique experiences.
Why Talepixel is Choosing Hytale
We’ve spent years working on Minecraft mods and plugins, but Hytale gives the Remodded Team tools we’ve only dreamed of.
Our goal for Talepixel is to take the classic Skyblock experience and give it a complete overhaul. Because Hytale is built for modding, we can create custom islands, unique RPG progression, and an economy that feels fresh and rewarding. We aren't just making a server; we are building a custom game mode inside of Hytale.
Preparing for January 13th
If you're planning to join us on launch day, here are the quick facts you need:
1. The Editions Hytale will offer three Early Access editions (Standard, Supporter, and Cursebreaker). These include exclusive founder cosmetics that will never be available again once the game fully launches.
- Standard Edition: ~$19.99 USD
- Supporter Edition: ~$34.99 USD
- Cursebreaker Founder's Edition: ~$69.99 USD

2. Can You Run It? Most modern PCs will handle Hytale just fine. You'll want at least 8GB of RAM and a GTX 900 series (or equivalent) to get started. For the smoothest experience on Talepixel, we recommend 16GB of RAM and an SSD.
3. How to Join Us We don't do complicated. Once you have the game:

- Add Talepixel.net to your server list.
- Start your adventure.
